You can return your order within 15 days of receiving it.

The returned products should be unused with their badges and tags and in the condition you received them. Discounted products are non-refundable.

Before you can make an order return you will need to request a return from your account on the order return page.

Return costs

The customer bears the cost of returning the products. Customers from the European Union return the product to the address given to you at your own expense and when we receive the product will follow one of the following procedures

After we receive and inspect the returned product we will refund the product cost except the shipping cost.
